The full cast has been revealed for Lincoln Center Theater’s revival of The Whoopi Monologues, with Dominique Fishback, Danielle Pinnock, and Kecia Lewis joining the previously announced Kerry Washington and Kara Young.
Directed by Tony nominee Whitney White, the production reimagines Whoopi Goldberg’s groundbreaking 1984 solo show as an ensemble piece, bringing Goldberg’s iconic characters to life through five acclaimed performers.
Washington will portray Surfer Girl, while Young takes on Fontaine. Fishback has been cast as Blonde Girl, Pinnock will play Jamaican Lady, and Lewis rounds out the ensemble as Lurleen.

The Whoopi Monologues begins previews July 7 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater, officially opens July 13, and runs through August 30.
Long before her Oscar-winning performance in Ghost, her beloved turn in Sister Act, and her decades-long tenure on The View, Goldberg made her mark on Broadway with a one-woman show that showcased her remarkable ability to inhabit a wide range of characters. The production debuted on Broadway in 1984, earning Goldberg Outer Critics Circle and Drama Desk Awards before an HBO adaptation won a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album.
More than four decades later, Lincoln Center Theater is reintroducing those memorable characters to a new generation through an ensemble of powerhouse performers.
Whitney White, whose recent directing credits include Liberation and The Last Five Years, will helm the production.
Tickets for The Whoopi Monologues are on sale now through Lincoln Center Theater.
