FX has given the green light to the pilot for “Snowflakes,” a new half-hour comedy. The show features an dynamic cast, including Owen Thiele from “Dollface,” Lucy Freyer from “Paint,” Malik Elassal, Amita Rao, and Jack Innanen from “The Dessert.” They will play the leading roles in this ensemble comedy written by Ben Kronengold and Rebecca Shaw, former writers for “The Tonight Show,” and directed by Jonathan Krisel of “Baskets” fame.

“Snowflakes” follows a group of codependent housemates—Billie, Samir, Anton, Issa, and Paul Baker—trying to navigate their twenties while aspiring to be good people, despite not quite fitting the traditional mold.
Behind the scenes, Nick Kroll, under his deal with FX Productions, serves as an executive producer alongside Alicia Van Couvering and Karey Dornetto. Ben Kronengold and Rebecca Shaw bring their comedic expertise to the writing, with FX Productions handling the production.
The premise of “Snowflakes” promises a blend of humor and relatability, making it a highly anticipated addition to FX’s comedy lineup. Stay tuned for updates as production progresses.
