Tyler Perry continues to stay busy as he announces his next Netflix project, “Mea Culpa.” Perry, who wrote, directed, and produced the film, has enlisted an all-star cast including Kelly Rowland, Trevante Rhodes, Sean Sagar, Nick Sagar, and RonReaco Lee to bring his vision to life.

The film follows a criminal defense attorney who takes on the case of an artist accused of murdering his girlfriend in the hopes of becoming partner at his firm. Along with Perry, Angi Bones, Will Areau, and Rowland will serve as producers for the film.
This is not the first time Perry has worked with Netflix, as “Mea Culpa” will mark his fifth feature with the streaming giant. His previous works with Netflix include “Six Triple Eight,” “A Fall From Grace,” “A Madea Homecoming,” “A Jazzman’s Blues,” and the ensemble comedy “Don’t Look Up,” directed by Adam McKay.
Perry is known for his creative talents and has won multiple awards for his work, including Emmys and an Honorary Oscar. He continues to break barriers in Hollywood and showcase diverse voices and stories through his work.
