Gerald Caesarto, Darryl Rivera, and Allison Guinn are joining Hulu’s hit comedic murder-mystery series, “Only Murders in the Building” for its third season.

The trio will be joining a star-studded cast that includes Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez, as well as new additions for Season 3: Meryl Streep, Paul Rudd, Jesse Williams, and Ashley Park. Details about their roles have been kept under wraps, but fans are already speculating about what surprises the show’s creators have in store.
Rivera, who has previously appeared in “Let the Right One In,” will recur as Oscar. Guinn, who is known for her work on “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” will play a character named Mildred. Caesarto, who appeared in the film adaptation of “Dear Evan Hansen,” will play a character named George.
For those unfamiliar with the show, “Only Murders in the Building” follows three strangers (played by Martin, Short, and Gomez) who share a passion for true crime and become entangled in a real-life murder mystery. In the first two seasons, the trio solved two murders that occurred in their exclusive Upper West Side apartment building.

However, Season 3 promises to shake things up by taking the investigation outside of the building and onto Broadway. The trio will be investigating the murder of Ben Glenroy (played by Rudd), the lead actor in a play produced by Oliver Putnam (played by Short). The murder occurs on stage, just as the curtain is about to go up, after a peculiar interaction between Glenroy and Charles-Haden Savage (played by Martin).
“Only Murders in the Building” is created and written by Martin and John Hoffman, with Dan Fogelman, Gomez, Short, and Jess Rosenthal as executive producers. The series is produced by 20th Television.
The third season of “Only Murders in the Building” is highly anticipated by fans, and the addition of Rivera, Guinn, and Caesarto is sure to bring even more excitement to the show. Fans will have to wait until the new season premieres to see how these new characters fit into the mystery, but one thing is for sure: it’s going to be a wild ride.
