Nickelodeon has unveiled the trailer and key art for “The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish,” a 20-episode series set to premiere on Monday, May 20 at 4:30 p.m. ET on Nickelodeon. The show will later stream on Netflix internationally.
The series follows the story of Hazel Wells, a ten-year-old girl who finds herself in the bustling city of Dimmadelphia due to her father’s job relocation. Feeling lonely and uncertain in her new surroundings after her brother Antony leaves for college, Hazel’s life takes a magical turn when she discovers her neighbors are no ordinary folks—they’re Cosmo and Wanda, Fairy Godparents, ready to make her wishes a reality.
Ashleigh Crystal Hairston, known for her roles in “Tiny Toons Looniversity” and “Craig of the Creek,” voices Hazel in this animated reboot. Joining her are Daran Norris and Susanne Blakeslee, reprising their iconic roles as Cosmo and Wanda, respectively.
