Led by Myha’la as Harper Stern, the show follows a group of young bankers navigating the high-pressure environment of Pierpoint & Co., an international investment bank. Season 3 saw Harper leave Pierpoint but yearning to return to the finance world, eventually partnering with FutureDawn portfolio manager Petra Koenig, played by new cast member Sarah Goldberg.
The series also stars Marisa Abela, Harry Lawtey, Ken Leung, Conor MacNeill, Sagar Radia, Kit Harington, Sarah Goldberg, Miriam Petche, Indy Lewis, Adam Levy, Sarah Parish, Trevor White, Elena Saurel, Irfan Shamji, Andrew Havill, Roger Barclay, Fady Elsayed, and Fiona Button.
Industry has steadily grown its fanbase, moving to HBO’s prime 9 p.m. Sunday slot for Season 3 after airing its first two seasons on Mondays. The series, known for its unflinching look at the high-stakes world of finance, has seen rising social media engagement, with conversations about the show growing by double digits each week. The third season recently hit a new viewership peak, drawing 370,000 cross-platform viewers for its third episode.
Series co-creators Mickey Down and Konrad Kay expressed their excitement in a statement on Thursday, saying, “We are beyond thrilled and grateful to HBO, the incredible team at Bad Wolf, and our phenomenal cast and crew for their continued belief in Industry. We’re eager to dive deeper and deliver the best season yet in Season 4.”
Francesca Orsi, HBO’s Executive Vice President of Programming, praised the show for its hard-hitting exploration of ambition and class within London’s finance industry. She added, “Under Mickey and Konrad’s vision, Industry has redefined the contemporary workplace drama. We’re thrilled that viewers and critics alike have recognized Season 3 as bigger and better than ever, thanks to the stellar performances from our cast.
