Netflix has dropped the first looks at Tyler Perry’s upcoming 2025 TV and film slate, featuring a mix of comedy, drama, and romance. Leading the lineup is Madea’s Destination Wedding, Perry’s latest addition to the Madea franchise following A Madea Homecoming in 2022.
Madea’s Destination Wedding
The upcoming film follows Brian and his ex-wife Debrah, who are blindsided when their daughter Tiffany announces she’s engaged to a rapper she met on a yacht—and the wedding is just two weeks away. Madea and her crew head to the Bahamas, ensuring plenty of chaos, laughs, and heartfelt moments.
The cast includes Tyler Perry, Cassi Davis Patton, David Mann, Tamela Mann, Taja V. Simpson, Diamond White, Jermaine Harris, and Xavier Smalls. Angi Bones and Yolanda T. Cochran serve as producers.
Part 2 of Beauty in Black
The second half of the drama series’ first season premieres on MARCH 6, 2025. The series follows Kimmie (Taylor Polidore Williams), who is struggling to get by after her mother kicks her out, and Mallory (Crystle Stewart), a successful businesswoman. As their lives intertwine, unexpected challenges unfold.
