Reverie Realms Studios has begun production for its inaugural feature-length film, “Final Hour,” directed by Jamal Hill. The ensemble cast includes Clifton Powell, Manny Perez, William Mark McCullough, Olga Merdiz, Eric Roberts, and Benjamin Vandermay.
The 90-minute drama follows the final hour of David, (William Mark McCullough, Sweet Magnolias) a remorse-stricken death row inmate. Who in the dwindling moments before his scheduled execution, encounters the priest assigned to give him final rites, Father John (Manny Perez, Law & Order SVU), only to realize that the clergyman has a connection to his victims. This realization sparks a story intended to challenge one’s morals, beliefs, and thoughts on loss and redemption.
Powell will portray Warden White, Roberts stars as Bishop Jones, Merediz as Aunta Marta, and VanderMay round out the cast as Officer Tanner.
“I am very proud of the talent we have in-front of the camera and behind it. Our team is vastly experienced, and I’m excited for audiences to witness the full scope of their talent. I believe Final Hour will be a standout performance for our
seasoned talent and a breakout role for others,” says Executive Producer Frank Cid.
