Let’s begin with ‘Crossroads.’ Yes, Shonda Rhimes crafted the script for this film, featuring Britney Spears in her debut as a feature film actress. It also showcased Zoe Saldana before she claimed the title of the only actor in Hollywood with four films surpassing $100 billion. Not to forget Taryn Manning, whose versatile career spans both television and film.

Shonda Rhimes also penned ‘The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement,’ the sequel to the original Anne Hathaway-led movie about an ordinary girl discovering her royal lineage. This sequel also featured Raven Symone.

Perhaps the most surprising gem in Rhimes’ filmography is the made-for-TV biopic, ‘Introducing Dorothy Dandridge.’ This production played a pivotal role in earning Halle Berry her first Golden Globe, Emmy, and SAG win for her portrayal of the late star.
