Thea Vidale has joined the cast of the new series, “The Bostons.” She joins series regulars Tasha Scott, Cody Cowell, Jiggie Gee, Carena Lemons and Tre Ryan. The show revolves around the lives of three sisters who are brought together by the unexpected demise of their mother, Pamela Boston, following a heart attack.
Pamela, a former school teacher, suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) after witnessing the tragic murder of her husband, Archie Boston, an architect fatally shot in a home robbery. The impact left Pamela mentally shattered, and her eldest daughter, Quanetta (Jiggie Gee), decided to place her in a mental ward, creating a rift among the sisters Artavia (Carena Lemons), and Laretha (Tasha Scott) who hadn’t communicated for years.
Quanetta, Artavia, and Laretha are now forced to confront their strained relationship as they receive the shocking news of their mother’s passing. The Bostons, produced by DJL Concept Creations LLC, explores the sisters’ dilemma, urging them to either bury their feud or perpetuate it.
