The storyline revolves around Elliot and Jess, portrayed by rising stars Bilal Hasna and Vivian Oparah, who are bound by grief over the mysterious disappearance of Peter—Jess’ twin brother and the first love of Elliot. Still grappling with the trauma after five years, the duo immerses themselves in a hedonistic lifestyle, seeking solace through parties while holding onto a glimmer of hope to uncover the truth.

When Elliot meets Will, he starts to think he can put the past behind him. But when Elliot learns Will has his own dark secrets, just as Jess is contacted by somebody claiming to be her brother, it sets into motion a determination for the pair to find out if Elliot’s romantically cursed—or being targeted.
