The game isn’t over—it’s just getting more dangerous.
Starz just dropped the official trailer for BMF season 4, and if you thought the streets were about to cool down, think again. The teaser not only teases explosive tension between Meech and Terry, but delivers a jaw-dropping twist: Lamar is back. That’s right—Eric Kofi-Abrefa’s unpredictable villain makes his return, looking more unhinged and dangerous than ever. And it looks like he’s not alone—Donnell Rawlings returns as Lamar’s wild-card cousin, Alvin, adding his own chaotic flair to the mix.
The new season premieres Friday, June 6, streaming weekly on the Starz app.
Set in the early ‘90s, season 4 finds Meech (Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr.) and Terry (Da’Vinchi) expanding their drug empire deeper into national territory while simultaneously planting roots in the Atlanta hip-hop scene. But success comes with a price. As the brothers launch their music label and push their reach, trust becomes a liability—even between each other. And when enemies start popping up on every corner, including some old ones, it’s clear: not everyone is meant to make it out.
This season, Emmy-winning actor Michael Chiklis joins the cast as DEA Agent Taylor, a no-nonsense federal cop with his eyes on Meech and Terry. His addition adds yet another threat to the already dangerous web the brothers are caught in.
Alongside Chiklis and the returning core cast—including Russell Hornsby (Charles Flenory), Michole Briana White (Lucille), La La Anthony (Markisha), Steve Harris (Detective Bryant), and Myles Truitt (B-Mickie)—season 4 introduces a new crop of faces ready to shake the board:
We previously reported Kofi Siriboe, Skai Jackson, Tyler Lepley, Clifton Powell, Rockmond Dunbar, Aketra Sevillian, Karina Willis, Stacey Sargeant, and Jordan Alexander are all stepping into the world of BMF this season, expanding the story’s reach and raising the stakes.
Also confirmed to return are Saweetie, Sydney Mitchell, and Roberto Sanchez, joining the brothers in this next chapter of their empire-building saga.
Season 4 picks up right after the chaos in Mexico, with Meech and Terry navigating rival threats, family fractures, and a power structure that could collapse at any second. As the empire grows, so does the target on their backs—and from the looks of the trailer, everyone wants a piece.
Created by Randy Huggins and executive produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson under G-Unit Film and Television, BMF continues to explore the real-life story of the Flenory brothers and their meteoric rise from Detroit’s streets to national infamy. The series is produced in partnership with Lionsgate Television.
With the return of Lamar and a volatile mix of new allies and enemies, one thing’s clear: this summer, BMF isn’t just back—it’s going to war.
