Recipe for Change Returns with “Celebrating Black Men” Episode Featuring Lil Rel Howery, Daniel Ezra, KevOnStage and More [TRAILER]

LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s SpringHill Production Company is set to release a new episode Recipe for Change and it is bringing together our favorite people Black Men!

The show brings together celebrities, chefs, activists, and creators for important conversations around the dinner table. The latest installment, Recipe for Change: Celebrating Black Men, focuses on the identities and experiences of Black men and will premiere on Tuesday, May 2 on SpringHill’s YouTube Channel at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET.

Hosted by Joey Bada$$, KevOnStage, and Bubba Wallace, the episode features chefs Kwame Onwuachi, JJ Johnson, and Richard Ingraham cooking for guests including Bob The Drag Queen, Lil Rel Howery, Daniel Ezra, Marcus Scribner, Kendrick Sampson, Charles D. King, Everette Taylor, DeRay Mckesson, Beleaf In Fatherhood, and Jay Barnett. The men discuss a wide range of topics, including mental health, stereotypes, prejudice and racism, and how to receive love.

In addition to the dinner guests, Karlous Miller, a standout on MTV’s Wild N’ Out, joins the episode as an on-the-street reporter, speaking with Black men and their allies. This special marks the fourth in the series and follows the success of previous episodes, including the Daytime Emmy-nominated Recipe for Change: Stop Asian Hate, Recipe for Change: Standing Up To Antisemitism, and the recently released Recipe for Change: Amplifying Black Women.

These episodes have been praised for their honest and thought-provoking discussions around important issues. By bringing together a diverse group of voices, Recipe for Change offers a unique platform for education, reflection, and action. The latest installment promises to be just as impactful, shining a light on the experiences and perspectives of Black men in America.
