Summer on Lock: 20 Movies Coming Out Summer 2026 to Add to Your Watchlist

Here’s what’s hitting theaters this summer — a solid mix of blockbusters, horror, and some genuinely interesting smaller films worth keeping an eye on. July is shaping up to be the biggest month, with Nolan’s The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day landing just two weeks apart. On the indie side, Backrooms, Is God Is, and Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma are generating serious buzz. And if you’re just looking for a good time at the movies, Masters of the Universe, One Night Only, and Idiots have you covered.
